Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Lymi, including its website, application, API and MCP connection.

Last updated 13 September 2026

Who provides Lymi

Lymi is provided by Krambertech OÜ, an Estonian private limited company. “Lymi”, “we” and “us” refer to Krambertech OÜ. You can contact us at hello@lymi.app.

Using the service

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have that permission. During the private beta, access may be limited to invited or approved accounts.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in, API keys and connected-app credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of the lesson notes, terms, meanings, examples and other content you put into Lymi. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to provide and protect the service and to use the providers described in the privacy policy.

You must have the right to use content you submit. Do not use Lymi to store or share content that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

AI, audio and learning results

AI-generated text, extracted card fields and pronunciation audio can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them. Lymi supports learning practice but does not promise a particular educational result or certify the accuracy of content.

API and connected apps

API keys and MCP tokens act with the permissions shown when they are created or approved. You are responsible for the scripts and apps you authorize. Disconnecting an app or revoking a key stops future access; it does not retrieve copies already received by a third party. Third-party apps and assistant providers have their own terms and are not controlled by Lymi.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break the law or another person’s rights;
  • try to access another learner’s account, data or credentials;
  • probe, disrupt, overload or bypass security or usage limits;
  • use automated access outside the documented API or MCP interfaces;
  • upload malware or use Lymi to distribute harmful or deceptive material; or
  • misrepresent your identity or authority to connect an app.

Lymi’s intellectual property

Lymi’s software, design, documentation, name and branding belong to Krambertech OÜ or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer that intellectual property to you. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property.

Availability and changes

Lymi is currently a beta service. We may change, limit or discontinue features and may have interruptions. We do not promise an uptime level or that every integration will remain compatible. When practical, we will give notice of material changes that affect current learners.

Suspension and ending use

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect Lymi or its users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms. We will use proportionate measures and give notice when it is safe and practical to do so.

You may stop using Lymi at any time. To request account deletion, email hello@lymi.app from your account address. Archiving a card or deck does not delete it.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Lymi is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here. Krambertech OÜ is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, third-party services, or losses caused by content or credentials you supply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Courts in Estonia have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and give additional notice when a material change requires it. Questions can be sent to hello@lymi.app.
